Terms for Photographers

The short version photographers actually read. Effective at launch, 2026.

• Basic listings are free forever. Seeded listings are built from public business information; claiming is optional and always free.
• Flat memberships, no lead fees. Pro ($25/mo or $240/yr) and Featured ($60/mo) are flat subscriptions. The directory never charges per inquiry and never sells or shares customer inquiries with anyone but the photographer the customer chose.
• Featured scarcity is real. Maximum 3 Featured listings per genre × city page, first come, first served; a waitlist applies when a page is full.
• Founding members. The first 25 paid members lock Pro at $99 for the first year and keep a permanent Founding Member badge.
• Your content stays yours. Photos and text you supply remain your property; you grant the directory a license to display them on your profile while you're listed. Seeded profiles display a business's own publicly posted images at modest size, with an instant claim/correction/removal path.
• Accuracy. Facts on seeded profiles come from the business's own public sources. Owners are responsible for their claimed profiles' accuracy.
• Cancel any time. Downgrade or cancel self-serve; a downgraded profile keeps its claimed data and returns to Basic display. No lock-in.
